Specimen deal documents and data.
First, our report on the UK refinancing wall — 83,957 unretired charges counted from the Companies House register, charted by vintage, lender and holder. Then the specimen pack, built on a fictional borrower, Northstar Components, a £10.5m refinancing, to show the format and rigour of a Solon lender pack: the information memorandum a lender reads before terms, the same credit as a deck, the one-pager, the credit memorandum and the debt-model outputs. No real company, no live mandate, and nothing here is an offer or advice.
The refinancing wall counted, and the pack a lender reads.
The UK refinancing wall, counted — report
Solon's count of the UK refinancing wall: 83,957 unretired charges, 26,383 maturing through 2028 and more than 14,500 in the near window — with the vintage, lender and holder concentration behind them. Charted aggregates and method, drawn from the Companies House charge register; no row-level data.

Specimen information memorandum
An information memorandum is the document a lender reads first and forms its credit view from, written by the adviser to make the case for lending to the borrower. It sets out the business, the market and the borrower's position in it, management and ownership, the historical financials and the forecast, the transaction and the funding ask, with the model exhibits set into the page. This specimen shows the format and depth of a Solon IM on a fictional borrower: the document a lender reads before terms, the questions a credit officer asks answered before they are put.

Specimen lender deck
A lender deck is the same credit told in slides, the version a lender walks through in the room and takes back to committee. It carries the opportunity, the business and market, the financials and forecast, the structure and the ask, with the charts that make the case at a glance. This specimen shows how a Solon deck reads alongside the information memorandum on the same fictional borrower: shorter, visual and built to present, rather than to be read cold.

Specimen credit memorandum
The fuller credit view: executive summary, sources and uses, forecast metrics, the adjusted-EBITDA bridge, covenant headroom, downside scenarios and a risk register with mitigants.

Specimen debt-model outputs
What the model behind the pack produces: the base-case output table and selected workbook renders — debt schedule, covenant tests, the monthly liquidity walk and the scenario grid. The outputs, not the workbook.

Every mandate is prepared to the standard of the documents above. If a financing is in front of you, an early and confidential conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
