Which of your clients refinance next?
Every lender’s charge on the Companies House register carries a creation date, and filed accounts name the firm that acts for the company. We have read the two together for the UK lower mid-market and matched clients to the firms that act for them. Enter your firm’s name to see the clients we have matched to yours and how many carry a dated facility. The named list is sent to a partner at the firm on request, so you can check our read against your own.

The counts come from public records only, and they are a sample, not your book. A client is matched to a firm where the firm is named as auditor or accountant in the client’s filed accounts, so companies that file without naming one are not matched, and most firms will recognise the names on the list as a fraction of the clients they act for. A facility is dated where the charge register records a creation date from which a customary tenor gives an estimated window. The read is refreshed with the register; the date in the margin is the edition on this page.
What the list is for: a conversation with the client a year before the renewal, when there is time to test the market, rather than a month before, when there is not. How Solon works with the firms that introduce those clients is set out on the advisers page.
