Personal Assistant

Provide organised, discreet support to the founders and help their time run effectively. You will manage the practical details around meetings, travel, correspondence and follow-ups, anticipating conflicts and keeping commitments visible.
What you will do
- Manage calendars and meeting requests, balancing priorities and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Coordinate travel, venues and meeting logistics, including arrangements across time zones when needed.
- Prepare meeting information and track agreed actions, keeping correspondence and follow-ups organised.
- Help maintain orderly administrative records and coordinate with relevant suppliers or service providers.
- Handle commercially sensitive and personal information discreetly and exercise judgement about what needs escalation.
What we are looking for
- Experience supporting senior executives or managing demanding administrative responsibilities.
- Excellent organisation, diary management and attention to practical details.
- Polished written and verbal communication with clients, colleagues and external contacts.
- Calm judgement when priorities change, with the confidence to clarify a request or flag a conflict.
- Reliability, discretion and a habit of following through without repeated prompting.
