A six-month off-cycle internship supporting Solon’s debt advisory work. You will help research businesses, analyse financial information and prepare transaction materials, gaining practical exposure to how a corporate financing is assessed and executed.

- Assist with lender presentations, information packs and the organisation of diligence materials.
- Maintain transaction trackers and help prepare for client and lender discussions.
- Check your work carefully, ask questions early and incorporate feedback into subsequent drafts.

- Availability for a full-time six-month placement in London, with hybrid working.
What we offer
- Practical exposure to borrower-side debt advisory and the preparation that underpins a financing process.
- The opportunity to learn from the Managing Directors through contributing to research, analysis and transaction materials.
